The role
As a Website Manager, you’ll:
* Own the operational performance, stability, and security of the website and app
* Manage website updates, CMS improvements, and content deployments
* Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
* Monitor and improve website performance, uptime, and user experience
* Lead issue identification, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
* Maintain compliance with GDPR, cookies, accessibility, and security standards
* Manage analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
* Drive continuous improvement across website, app, and e-commerce performance
* Work with agencies, developers, and internal teams to deliver enhancements

What we’re looking for
* 4–6 years’ experience managing websites or digital platforms
* Experience owning website performance, uptime, and user experience
* Strong understanding of CMS platforms, hosting, and web technologies
* Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
* Knowledge of GDPR, security, and compliance requirements
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience working with agencies, developers, and cross-functional teams
Desirable
* Experience within retail, e-commerce, or healthcare environments
* Experience managing app platforms or digital ecosystems
* Experience driving UX or conversion improvements
