Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Nurse to join our nurse‑led unit as a SACT Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse at Viking Day Unit, QEQM Hospital Margate.
Responsibilities
* Lead the nursing service across the SACT unit to ensure a unified approach to care and consistent standards of care.
* Carry out all relevant forms of care in which you are competent, without direct supervision.
* Supervise and support the training of both qualified and unqualified members of staff.
* Support the unit manager in making a real difference to patients and families’ lives and contribute positively to the team and service.
