HR Employment is proud to partner with a leading manufacturing company based in Kidderminster. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their existing production team of Mechanical Assemblers.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm
Starting Pay Rate: GBP12.21 per hour, increasing to GBP12.48 after 12 weeks
Overtime Pay Rate: GBP18.32 per hour, increasing to GBP18.72
Immediate start available with full training provided. Meet and greet with a site tour are available beforehand.
Responsibilities include:
1. Using a variety of hand and power tools to assemble metal components
2. Quality inspection and defect reporting
3. Cross-training in different areas of the manufacturing facility
