Immediate start available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly business based in Aldershot.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office-based customer service or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be supporting customers, processing orders, updating systems and liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional service is delivered.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing customer orders accurately
* Updating internal systems and customer records
* Preparing quotes and order confirmations
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are progressed smoothly
* Supporting customers with queries and updates
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About you:
* Previous office-based customer service or administration experience is essential
* Confident handling customer enquiries by phone and email
* Experience processing orders, quotes or customer information would be beneficial
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
* Professional, reliable and team-focused approach
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
