As a Finance Assistant you will be part of a small, but integral team to the success of the business’ financial performance.

Having worked in a similar position before, you will know it is a busy role! But what can you expect to be doing on a day to day basis? Well;
Assisting with managing revenue reconciliations daily, ensuring accurate capture of all revenue streams within the business, balancing the daily revenue/cash received, reconciling general ledgers from PMS system, completing and updating weekly debt reports, assisting with general purchase ledger duties i.e processing invoices onto Sage, checking statements and chasing invoices.
On top of this you can expect to be involved in month end routines and assisting other finance team members with tasks.
If you have worked in another hospitality/leisure company, that would be a huge advantage, but not essential. Strong Excel skills and experience with Purchase/Sales ledgers are an absolute prerequisite for this position.
Salary wise, you will be looking at £25,000 and you will be based at a newly refurbished office in Moreton-in-Marsh. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
