Customer Service Representative – Finance

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to join a friendly & busy team in the heart of Surrey.
What you’ll be doing
* Responding to customer enquiries by phone and online with accuracy and warmth
* Administering accounts including completions, redemptions, payments & product transfers
* Supporting savings customers with account openings, amendments, and ISA transfers
* Assisting with internet account procedures and secure messaging
* Pitching in across departments including Loans Underwriting and New Business
What you’ll bring
* Excellent communication skills – written, verbal & listening
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A curious, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
* Ability to multitask and switch between admin and customer-facing duties
* IT literacy and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving
* Experience in financial services or regulated environments (a bonus!)
