Job Title: Chef Manager Location: Leamington Spa - CV32 6RJ Salary: Up to 42,000 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm Come and join us as a Chef Manager working in a large, flagship B&I contract in Leamington Spa. The site offers hospitality, barista coffee with everything made on site including bread. This site also has it's own greenhouse and vegetable patch. Key responsibilities Lead the team of 5 by creating an environment in which they can perform at their best Ensure we deliver the best catering service within budget Create a high-quality service and food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers' expectations. Design exciting and innovative menus and cook exceptional food to the highest standards. Always ensure compliance with all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and other regulations, policies and procedures.
