Description
A position is now available for an In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Technician to support the Quality Department as part of our QA shift teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fully proficient with IATF16949:2016
2. Conduct root cause analysis using 8D and quality tools
3. Understand PFMEA and control plans
4. Perform internal product and process audits
5. Generate technical and management reports
6. Carry out inspections according to work instructions
7. Participate in validation activities
8. Conduct XRAY analysis
9. Manage containment activities
Experience & Qualifications Required
1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
2. Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data for fact-based decision making
3. Experience with IATF16949
4. Understanding of IATF/TS core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC)
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting across all levels and functions
6. Knowledge of APIS software (desirable)
7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
8. Ability to work shifts
9. Experience leading 8D investigations
10. Understanding of calibration and MSA (desirable)
11. Containment of suspect parts
12. Full driving license
