Production Operator - Alness, UK (2 positions)

Our client is experiencing a surge in customer orders and is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to become an integral part of their dynamic but small team. We have 2 positions with our client. One will be a temp to perm contract, the other is just for 6 weeks to start ASAP - to cover over the summer during a busy manufacturing period and cover for staff holidays etc. May suit a student.
Job Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently.
* Follow production schedules and adhere to quality standards.
* Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a busy manufacturing environment.
* Technically minded with a keen interest in machinery and production processes.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
* Able to work Monday to Friday 8.15 am start to 5.00 pm, early finish Friday.
