An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join the Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit (IPCU) within Stratheden Hospital. Hollyview ward is a mixed 8 bedded purpose built unit providing quality care to adults with a diverse range of mental health issues within the Acute and Forensic services. It would be advantageous but not compulsory for you to possess some experience working within mental health as per person specification but a full in-house Health Care Support Worker training will be provided. The Band 3 role within Hollyview will include having delegated tasks from the Registered Mental Health Nurse but also requires the candidate to work autonomously.
