Salary: £60,000 £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) An established care provider is seeking an exceptional Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-regarded residential and nursing service into its next phase of growth and excellence. * Provide strong, visible leadership to the care and nursing teams
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards
* Drive high-quality, person-centred care outcomes for all residents
* Develop, mentor, and retain a motivated, skilled workforce
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable operations
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders
* Lead on inspections and continuously improve service quality ratings
About You
* Experienced Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care setting
* Nursing qualification with active registration (desirable/required depending on service)
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
* Proven leadership ability with a compassionate, people-focused approach
* Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving continuous improvement
