\This role offers a varied and intellectually challenging caseload, including corporate, commercial, property and intellectual property disputes, alongside the opportunity to develop client relationships and progress quickly within the firm.
\Flexible working arrangements are available, including office‑based, hybrid or fully remote working, subject to business needs.
\Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm \n\n

Corporate and commercial litigation \n\n
Intellectual property litigation
\Managing a varied civil and commercial dispute resolution caseload \n\n
Handling County Court and High Court litigation \n\n
Converting new enquiries via introductory video calls \n\n
Using AI tools and legal technology within day‑to‑day practice \n\n
Supporting marketing, networking and business development initiatives \n\n
Building long‑term client relationships
\A qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) with experience in dispute resolution or litigation \n\n
Experienced in active County Court and/or High Court litigation \n\n
Confident working across a range of civil and commercial disputes \n\n
Able to work autonomously while responding positively to supervision \n\n
Detail‑focused with strong drafting and advocacy skills \n\n
Comfortable using modern IT systems and AI‑enabled legal tools \n\n
