Job Title: Project Manager – HR Transformation
Location: Remote (Must be UK based)

Contract Length: 6 months+
Day Rate: £300 - £400 (Outside IR35 – dependent on experience)
The Role:
* Lead the delivery of HR transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
* Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align technical and operational outcomes.
* Manage dependencies across systems, ensuring integration is considered at every stage.
* Oversee the identification and implementation of technical solutions to enhance HR processes.
* Define and track project milestones, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support the design and testing of new system functionality (functional and non-functional).
* Ensure solutions support cloud-first, secure, and supportable environments.
* Champion data protection, compliance, and change control throughout the programme.
* Guide preparation of user stories, test cases, and documentation.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and provide clear communication across project phases.
Skills:
* Proven experience managing HR transformation or similar systems implementation projects.
* Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors) is advantageous.
* Strong project delivery skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Understanding of cloud-based technical environments, integration, and compliance.
* Experience working in complex, regulated environments such as education or public sector.
