This is a full-time, on-site role as a Primary Class Teacher. You will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering high-quality education, effectively communicating with students and colleagues, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
* Plan and deliver stimulating lessons for ages 7-11.
* Supervise teaching assistants.
* Provide quality feedback to ensure student progress.
* Develop literacy skills and maintain high behaviour standards.
* Plan lessons with the Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning.
* Use assessments to monitor progress and set targets.
* Communicate regularly with parents.
* Maintain accurate student data.
* Identify and implement intervention strategies.
