Digital Marketing and Events Executive (12‑month FTC)
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive sales pipeline growth.
* Organise and manage logistics for events, webinars, and seminars to maximise audience participation and brand awareness.
* Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and website channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging across European markets.
* Optimise landing pages for SEO and conversion, boosting inbound leads and online visibility.
* Analyse website and marketing analytics to assess campaign performance and guide future initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales, customer service, and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals and deliver measurable results.
* Manage marketing collateral, including event materials, digital assets, and campaign assets, to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and event management.
* Hands‑on expertise with social media platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
* Strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
* Experience organising and delivering webinars, seminars, and industry events from start to finish.
* Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills that engage target audiences.
* Ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns and improve results.
* Familiarity with traditional marketing channels and integrated marketing strategies.
Location
Based south of Oxford, with a requirement to be in the office twice per week. Excellent access via major transport links and free parking available onsite. Travelling to international events or meetings may be required occasionally.
