Property Counsel - National Infrastructure Programme
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Grade 17 + excellent benefits
Help define the legal foundations of one of the UK’s most transformative infrastructure projects. This is a rare opening to work at the intersection of property law, strategy, and delivery.
Key responsibilities:
* Advise on acquisitions, disposals, telecoms, leases, licences, and easements
* Negotiate agreements with utilities and statutory undertakers
* Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements
What you’ll bring:
* Qualified solicitor with strong property and infrastructure law expertise, ideally with an LA, construction or utilities projects background
* Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate high-value negotiations
* Infrastructure or development experience is highly advantageous
