Responsibilities Review and negotiation of facility agreements, security and ancillary documentation; Review of property titles; Review and negotiation of release documentation; General Banking work; Dealing with funders and negotiation of terms. Requirements 3-7 years' PQE, ideally gained in a regional or national firm Strong experience across a range of banking and finance transactions Excellent academic record and sound technical grounding Commercially minded with strong client-handling skills Collaborative, self-motivated, and confident in a growing team environment Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions an advantage but not essential MCR Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Your Birthday off
