Hours: 37.5 - Flexible working
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

We're now looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to help secure and modernise how our people access systems across our global environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and improving Parker's identity platforms, ensuring our systems are secure, resilient, and ready for the future. You'll work across global teams, support business-critical systems, and lead identity initiatives that have real enterprise impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Own, support, and improve global Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID platforms
* Design and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) solutions
* Act as an escalation point for support teams on complex identity incidents
* Lead and contribute to global identity-related projects and initiatives
* Enable new identity capabilities while ensuring security, resilience, and compliance
* Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
What We're Looking For
* A relevant degree, or strong technical experience and certifications.
* Significant experience in enterprise IT environments
* Strong technical knowledge of identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions
* A security-first mindset with awareness of best practices and compliance requirements
