Leader Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Classroom Support Assistant to support children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and challenging behaviour in a school based in Alnwick, Northumberland. You will contribute to a happy, fun, and stimulating learning environment, deliver high-quality individualised support, encourage the development of communication and interaction skills, and help prepare children for adult life and greater independence. This is a long-term position, following a successful trial day, with working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
