To help provide the tutor and the pupils with the best learning experience the college has to offer, the successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of T-levels, A levels or Vocational courses at a Key Stage 5 / KS5 and great communication skills. The role will directly impact the students pass rating allowing them to move into full time employment or on to higher education. Support students with learning difficulties and disabilities to become empowered so that they can fully access the curriculum and successfully achieve their programme of study through their development of greater independenceThe successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have : Level 3 or equivalent relevant subjectDBS and on Update serviceSEN experience in Schools or CollegesGCSE or Equivalent functional Skills L2 in Maths and English.
