The role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Electrician to join our production team. You will play a key role in the assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems across a diverse range of commercial vehicle builds. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will interpret technical drawings, install complex electrical components, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Assist in the construction of commercial vehicle bodies in line with wiring diagrams and engineering specifications Install, assemble, and commission electrical components to required standards Interpret and work from wiring diagrams and technical drawings Install wiring looms and integrate them into existing vehicle electrical systems Remove and refit vehicle trims and components to facilitate installations Test electrical systems on newly built vehicles to ensure full functionality Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and carry out necessary repairs About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in auto electrics, ideally within commercial vehicles or conversions Confident in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship Organised and able to meet tight production deadlines Committed to maintaining a safe and professional working environment What We Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Opportunity to work on a wide variety of specialist vehicle builds Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable, growing business within the vehicle conversion sector If you are a skilled Auto Electrician looking for your next opportunity within a dynamic and growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
