2nd Line Technical Support Analyst
Technical Ability:
The candidate must be competent in:
·Installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server – all versions
·Installation and configuration of Microsoft Client OS – all versions.
·Microsoft Exchange – all versions
·Advanced network troubleshooting
·Firewall configuration
·DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and internet routing
·Active Directory
·Office 365
·IT best practices and configurations
Role:
·Providing escalation support to the help desk
·Setup and configuration – Servers, firewalls, routers, wifi
·Help with project planning and implementation
·Going to site to help with installations and DR
·Salary:£25,000 - £35,000 pa
