Main duties of the job
* Providing enhanced care and continuous observations to patients with mental health conditions or psychological distress.
* Delivering therapeutic interventions to reduce agitation and promote recovery.
* Working in line with the principles of least restriction.
Mandatory requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a mental health setting.
* Care Certificate.
* Restraint training compliant with Seni Lewis Law.
