The Role
Join our team as a skilled technician supporting a popular brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, no specific brand experience required. Regular updates via manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy will keep you current with the latest technology.
Who You Are
* Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical skills to work efficiently
* Team player comfortable with processes and procedures
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with at least a Level 3 industry-recognized qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* Ability to perform MOTs is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
* Motivated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
* Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software
What You’ll Do
* Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work within brand parameters
* Perform MOT testing if qualified
* Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
* Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
* Support Apprentice Technicians as needed
