Junior Sous Chef
Full time £40,000 - £45, 000 per annum

What you will bring to the role:
* Previous experience as a Junior Sous within a new opening or high-profile restaurant/ hotel.
* Assist the Sous Chef in food preparation, ensuring high-quality meals are delivered in a timely manner.
* Properly measure kitchen ingredients and food portions
* Ensure kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules, and sanitation requirements.
* Use kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, and warmers in food preparation
* Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and sanitised.
* Maintain kitchen health and safety standards

Opening in Summer of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London.
Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.
Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 18 cover PDR on the lower level.
