Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist based at The Orchard Inpatients. Working hours: Thursday 5–8pm, Friday 5–8pm, Weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) 9–5pm, Monday 9–5pm.
The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality reception service with The Bay Network. The post holder will work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to various sites including Inpatient as directed by their line manager to ensure continuity of service provision.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of reception service, dealing with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.
* Communicate effectively with staff, service users, visitors and carers.
* Be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages and maintain a good telephone manner.
* Be a team player with very strong communication skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of the wider admin team.
* Apply knowledge of relevant customer service procedures; problem solving as an integral part of the role.
* Engage with a wide range of internal and external contacts on a daily basis and maintain a confident approach.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent organisation skills and ability to work flexibly to meet service needs.
* Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
* Professional communication with staff, service users, visitors and carers.
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
* Team player with robust communication skills.
