Desired Skills/Experience:
* Experience in a similar role involving Warehouse Management or Material Handling Software Development.
* Strong knowledge of modern warehouse or material handling environments; experience with SDLC processes focusing on optimizing and automating warehouse operations, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipping; familiarity with WMS-ERP software and integration of hardware and automation technologies like barcode, robotics, vision systems, conveyors, etc.
* Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business aspects of WMS systems: engaging with stakeholders, requirements gathering, project coordination, UAT, user training, documentation, and reporting; conducting gap analysis and workflow/data flow analysis.
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with SQL Server including writing basic SQL queries, data access for reporting and analysis; proficiency with Excel.
* Experience working in a hybrid/mixed Agile-Scrum and Waterfall SDLC environment.
* Experience demonstrating systems to clients is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
