We are delighted to be expanding our thriving Complex Injury Team and are looking to recruit additional File Handlers, including Qualified Solicitors, to join us in our Liverpool office .
This is a fantastic opportunity for driven and passionate individuals who are committed to delivering excellent service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients .
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims
• Handle claims from inception through to settlement, both pre-litigation and post-issue
• Progress files in a proactive and efficient manner to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Draft legal documents, witness statements, and schedules of loss
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and settlement meetings as required
• Liaise effectively with clients, medical experts, barristers, and third parties
• Support and mentor junior team members as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
About You:
• Experience handling complex personal injury claims, including litigated cases
• Alternatively, experience with fast-track claims and the ambition to progress to more complex work
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• The drive, ambition, and determination to succeed in a dynamic legal environment
