📍 Location: Durham (Hybrid - 2 days in office, usually Wed-Thu, flexibility on this)
📅 Contract: 12 months
💰 Rate: Up to £200 per day DOE

The Role
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to join our client. This role supports the Contract Management and Supply Chain functions, ensuring smooth administration, compliance with procedures, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all Contract Management procedures and processes are followed.
Engage with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
Support the administration of contract instructions, ensuring information is accurately recorded, signed, and stored.
Assist with applications for payment, invoice processing, and resolving related queries.
Support the onboarding of suppliers in Hicx.
Administer the Additional Services register and quotations.
Provide assistance with the administration of claims.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to a positive, transparent, and collaborative business culture.
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience.
Proactive team player, able to work independently when needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems.
Experience in contract administration or similar role desirable.
SIPs Level 3 - desirable
