As a Graphic Designer, you support the creation of visual assets across key marketing channels including packaging, print, digital, events and internal communications - helping us show up consistently and creatively across all our touchpoints.
What you’re going to be doing
As part of a dynamic Marketing team you’ll be:
* Working closely with the wider team to generate ideas, designs, and product concepts
* Continually improving existing and new packaging artwork, to effectively meet briefs
* Creating eye‑catching social media graphics to engage and grow our online audience
* Supporting creative projects and ad‑hoc design tasks including retailer mock‑ups, event artwork, recipe cards, PR materials, and PowerPoint templates
* Driving consistent design output by effectively managing our brand asset libraries
* Challenging our thinking on how to improve customer experience, building your UX/UI skills to support ongoing website development
* Helping us stay ahead of the game with innovative design solutions in retail, packaging, campaigns and AI
* Driving employee engagement through standout internal communication design
* Working with external vendors to bring your designs to life
What you have
* Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
* Experience working in a graphic design role
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food and drink industry
* Confident using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Canva
* Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of Adobe software
* Understanding of print production processes and specifications
* Clear and effective communicator and a collaborative team player
Even better if you have
* Worked on packaging, print or digital design projects
* Familiarity with UX/UI principles and website design
* Familiarity with retail and/or shopper marketing design
