Position Overview
Information and Advice Worker to empower adults over 25 across the Rugby community and within dispersed properties. Provide information, advice, brief interventions regarding accommodation challenges across various channels including drop‑in hubs, virtual sessions, phone, email, and video calls.
Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact, offering practical and emotional support.
* Help people build independence and connect them with longer‑term services when needed.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence.
* Pass Enhanced Check by Disclosure & Barring Services (paid for by P3).
