Job Title: Sales Progressor Location: Solihull Basic Salary: £25,000- £30,000 (depending on experience) On Target Earnings: £35,000 Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm About the Role: We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Progressor to join our client team. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from offer accepted through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and lenders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and progress residential property sales from offer to completion Liaise daily with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders Provide regular updates to all parties, ensuring a high level of communication throughout Identify and resolve potential issues to minimise fall-throughs Chase outstanding documents and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Work closely with negotiators and branch management to support sales targets Ensure compliance with estate agency regulations and internal processes Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the client experience The Ideal Candidate: Strong understanding of the residential sales process, conveyancing, and chain management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work to deadlines Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft O Job Benefits: Competitive Salary: Attractive salary package with performance-based bonuses.
