Senior BIM Lead (Progression to Management)
£60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday. Croydon.
Are you a Senior BIM Lead or similar with a background in AutoCAD looking to progress into a management position in an industry leading design consultancy? Join us to lead and grow a talented team whilst taking lead on large multi‑million pound projects in the heart of London.
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing consultancy delivering projects ranging from small refurbishments to large housing, education, and commercial developments. You will play a key role in ensuring all drawings, models, and design information meet the highest technical and quality standards, working closely with engineers in Croydon and the Manila office to deliver coordinated, accurate, and timely outputs.
This role will involve managing multiple projects and two teams, one in the UK and one based in the Philippines. You will be leading the design work, delegating work to both teams and ensuring that all work is progressing well.
Responsibilities
* Allocating and reviewing CAD work between Croydon and Manila teams.
* Managing drawings, models, work sets, and sheets to company standards.
* Ensuring QA, BIM compliance, and document control procedures are followed.
* Managing multiple projects and coordinating two geographically separated teams.
* Leading design work and delegating tasks to maintain project progress.
Working Hours
Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm. WFH Wednesdays.
Requirements
* BIM Manager or similar professional background.
* Strong AutoCAD skills.
* Commutable to Croydon.
* Experience working with multi‑team, multi‑site projects.
