Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles, TPS operates a national network of TPS Centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees. Job Opportunity
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
* Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets.
* Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with support from the Centre Manager.
* Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activities.
* Conduct regular performance reviews to monitor KPI achievement and provide developmental support.
* Motivate the sales team through creative incentive schemes and rewards, in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
* Provide excellent customer service via the team.
* Work with the Centre management team to monitor and improve delivery schedules and service levels.
* Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
* Ensure proper use of all business systems within the team.
* Ensure compliance with business standards, processes, legal, warranty, and ethical guidelines.

* Proven experience in Sales Team management within a B2B environment, with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives.

* Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* High IT literacy, proficient in MS Office.

* Interest or passion for the automotive industry or customer service.
