Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Business Development Manager Nottingham (work remotely) Salary up to £50,000 basic plus commission, 33 days holiday, company car, fuel card, pension, phone and laptop. The role of a business development manager will involve selling our range of perimeter security solutions to customers across the UK. Customers will include commercial end-users such as retail, hospitals, schools, government buildings etc. As a successful business development manager, you will be confident in cold-calling and generating short, medium and long-term pipelines, converting opportunities to sales. You will be required to carry out detailed site surveys in order to offer the most beneficial solution to the customer. You will also prepare quotes and present to the customer, closing the deal. The role requires an experienced business development manager within the perimeter security industry. You must have previous experience in a technical sales role selling gates and barriers into commercial end-users. Ideal candidate; · A proven track record in a sales role within the perimeter security industry · Good knowledge of various automated gate systems, barriers, automatic doors, bollards etc. · Have previous sold installations as well as service contracts. · The ability to work on your own initiative and confident in cold calling. · The ability to build relationships with customers · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
