Job Description
Our recent investment from Cinven marks a pivotal moment in our journey from great to exceptional, positioning us for growth and development through enhanced technology, a larger client base, and expanded career opportunities.
We share ambitious growth plans, with record revenues since 2022, and aim to retain our partnership structure and ethos.
Our Audit Directors are Responsible Individuals, tasked with delivering and signing off high-quality audits. They focus on strategic team growth, business development, and fostering an inclusive culture. We seek existing RIs with high audit quality ratings, experienced in listed or larger mid-market companies, who are passionate about coaching teams and building long-standing client relationships. We are eager to grow our audit practice with individuals who value our collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
If you're seeking a change, this is a unique opportunity to take a leading strategic role in a firm committed to supporting your growth towards partnership.
Market-leading performance deserves market-leading rewards.
Our people are the core of our success. Alongside a competitive salary and benefits, we plan to introduce an Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), making us the only large UK firm to offer equity units to staff below partner level, enabling you to share in our firm's growth and success. A significant portion of equity reserved for future partners has been held back during the investment period to safeguard future generations of partners.
Culture is everything. Ours is built on trust, flexibility, and inclusion.
We believe life is about more than work. We support our teams to perform their best through open conversations at the start of each audit, understanding individual working styles and commitments.
Your development is our focus.
We are committed to your growth from day one, working with you to set clear expectations and create development plans for promotion. We also invest heavily in skills development, including a £1.2 million investment in innovative "3D" Data-Driven Digital mindset training.
We prioritize quality.
Delivering for our clients is about more than just completing audits; quality is our hallmark. We are proud to have received 100% on file review scores twice, a unique achievement in our industry.
This is a unique opportunity during an exciting period of growth. To learn more, register your interest for an informal, confidential conversation with our internal talent team.
Note: We operate a direct sourcing model with a formal PSL. We will only consider speculative CVs or profiles if directed to our Talent & Recruitment team, not directly to the Audit practice.
