Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Contract Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified.
* Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget.
* Focus on quality, customer service and deliver.
* Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works.
* Client and tenant satisfaction.
* Process management.
* Management of the customer.
* Have an understanding of the financials on the contract.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Operations Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects.
* SMSTS certification.
