Typical shift as a bank Supported Living Worker
1. Assist customers with practical daily tasks to promote independence and help achieve their goals as outlined in their support plans.
2. Help with activities such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation if able.
3. Support attendance at appointments, hobbies, interests, college, or work.
4. Assist with personal care and medication needs as specified in support plans.
5. Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
6. Build rapport through conversations and social interactions, ensuring ample time with each customer.

You bring
1. A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
2. Passion for supporting customers to live their best lives with attention to detail.
3. Experience caring for others, whether professionally or personally.
4. Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.
5. A flexible, personal approach, attentive to individual customer needs.

Job details
* Payment of £50 per sleep-in shift.
* Work across Driffield and potentially the Hull region.
* Ability to use technology for mandatory training and communication.
* Enhanced DBS check required; we cover the cost.
