This role is event driven and you will be responsible for ensuring investigating operational risk events, and plugging the gaps where necessary and conducting RCSAs. Your key responsibilities will include: Preventing loss due to failure in process, people, or systems by managing and remediating loss events, identifying when loss is likely and preventing it and conducting annual risk assessment Understanding processes, people and systems used for Capital Markets lines of business Building and maintaining an understanding of end-to-end processes in support of operational excellence and resilience Identifying efficiency opportunities and process improvements by analysing data Documenting new or existing processes and improving existing processes and ensuring effective controls are in place Preparing Operational Risk event data for the Business and relevant Committee To be considered for this role, you will have prior experience working within a Capital Markets or Front Office focused Operational Risk role, preferably within an Investment Bank.
