The key responsibilities and duties of the Production Supervisor include:

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
7. HNC/HND (or equivalent) in engineering/aircraft maintenance, recognised apprenticeship, or equivalent technical leadership experience.
8. Proven people management in an operational, unionised environment.
9. Strong communication, influencing, and performance management skills.
10. Experience in coaching, team development, and process improvement.
11. Knowledge of MRO operations, aviation regulations (CAA/FAA/EASA), and H&S requirements.
12. PC literate with SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
13. Resilient, organised, and proactive leader with problem-solving abilities.
14. Right to work in the UK; able to work night shifts and complete mandatory training.
