Due to contract expansion, we are looking at recruiting a Supervisor to join our team here in Glasgow .You will be part of a local team supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment. The main role will be to over see the repairs and maintenance contract, checking in on subcontractors and inspections of void properties.
Role Criteria:
* Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance
* Ability to carry out tasks like lock changes, measuring of glass, measuring of room sizes
* Very good problem solver
* Willing and happy to travel
* Full UK driving license
