Junior Recruiting Coordinator

The Junior Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to schedule candidate interviews, maintain interview scheduling tools, and develop scalable processes in a hybrid setting with two days per week in Manchester or London.


Responsibilities

* Schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool.
* Maintain and update the interview scheduling tool to ensure operational efficiency.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to attract the right talent.
* Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable, repeatable processes for a growing organization.
* Identify areas for improvement with an operational focus.
* Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility.


Qualifications

* Up to 1 year in HR/People-related roles in a fast‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
* Independent self‑starter with an appetite for learning and managing multiple projects.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Passion for detail and 100% data accuracy.
* Comfortable with problem‑solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision‑making.
* Ambitious self‑learner, able to learn on the fly.
* Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile/flexible, prioritize, and meet target dates in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees and managers at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an applicant tracking system (ATS).


Nice to Have

* Experience in the technology, software, and SaaS industry.
* Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or GoodTime.
