Learning Support Assistant
Pay: £100-£115 per day
Full-time/ Term Time only

We are seeking a patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping students reach their full potential-academically, socially, and emotionally.
Learning Support Assistant Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
* Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs
* Promote positive behaviour and help build students' confidence and independence
* Support students with social and emotional development
* Contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment and Secondary SEN experience
Learning Support Assistant Requirements:
* A calm, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and child development
* Enhances DBS on the update service.
