The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and detail-focused Licensing Administrator to join us on a fixed-term contract of 12-14 months (depending on start date) to cover maternity leave. You will support our Licensing Coordinators in managing product approvals, maintaining accurate systems, tracking progress against deadlines, and handling licensor sample requirements.


Key Duties:

* Assist Licensing Coordinators with product and packaging approvals throughout the development process.
* Order, check, photograph, and send licensor-requested and contractual samples.
* Work with the warehouse team to collect and transport samples between the warehouse and offices (involving manual handling of boxes and products).
* Accurately upload product details into customer portals and licensing software (Fabacus/Rightsline).
* Maintain line sheets for licensors.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing) to support approvals and related administration.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with licensors and internal stakeholders.


What We Need You to Bring:

* Proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel - including formulas and lookups, Outlook).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
