Our client, a fast‑growing consumer products business, is searching for a proactive, detail‑driven Operations & B2B Order Coordinator to join their growing team.
This role sits at the heart of the order lifecycle - ensuring wholesale, reseller and national retail partners receive accurate, timely and well‑communicated fulfilment.

What we're looking for:
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has experience in operations administration, sales operations, customer service, logistics coordination, supply chain or shipping admin
* Has worked with B2B orders, wholesale customers, or distribution channels
* Enjoys multi‑tasking, planning and staying on top of multiple moving parts
* Loves taking ownership — following a process from start to finish
* Is confident communicating with internal teams and external customers
* Wants to grow into operations, logistics, supply chain or commercial support roles
* Experience with export documentation, freight, or ERP systems is a bonus — but training is provided.
The Role
* Process and manage B2B wholesale, reseller and retail orders accurately
* Monitor stock levels, backorders and availability, coordinating with production and warehouse teams
* Arrange UK and international shipments, working with couriers, freight partners and carrier portals
* Prepare essential shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, export papers)
* Act as a key contact for B2B customers, providing updates, ETAs, tracking and issue resolution
* Liaise with sales, operations, warehouse and finance to keep orders on track
* Identify delays early, escalate appropriately, and maintain accurate system data
* Follow and improve processes/SOPs to reduce errors and streamline order fulfilment
