An excited opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Clerical Officer in the Cardiology Labs supporting the delivery of cardiology diagnostic services. The post holder will be based at Aintree Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and book in patients attending for cardiology diagnostics, including GP walk-in services.
2. Answer emails and telephone calls.
3. Book all cardiology diagnostic tests in date and priority order.
4. Handle queries from patients, staff, and the general public.
5. Work on the reception desk and in the back office.
