Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Commission-Based Lettings Consultant, based in West London with flexibility for remote working.
The successful candidate will focus on:
* Building and nurturing relationships with landlords using internally generated data
* Securing back-to-back rental agreements aligned with local council temporary accommodation (TA) and emergency housing demand
* Negotiating commercial terms and closing new management or lease agreements
* Providing landlords with accurate rental market insights
* Managing the lettings journey from initial contact through to deal completion
* Achieving agreed performance and revenue targets
This is a performance-driven role suited to someone commercially minded and confident in closing deals.
This position offers significant earning potential through commission.
As Morgan Prescott continues to expand its portfolio — particularly within council-backed temporary accommodation and emergency housing — there may be potential for a future equity-based incentive structure for high-performing individuals who contribute meaningfully to long-term growth.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Ability to manage client relationships and deliver bespoke solutions
* Strong knowledge of the property rental market and residential lettings
* Organizational skills to manage viewings, schedules, and administrative tasks
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
* Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is an advantage
* Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to transport is preferred
