How you will Energise Our Team
The role of Customer Service Advisor involves reviewing and verifying change of tenancy requests received via various channels. The successful candidate will be working within a busy department and will be expected to be able to multi-task and work to a high degree of accuracy.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Handling change of tenancy requests by telephone, email and live chat & ensuring all information is recorded with complete accuracy
* Change of tenancy verification, investigation and resolution
* Being the first point of contact for all customers moving in/out their premises
* Processing all change of tenancy requests accurately and in a timely manner
* Liaising with customers and partners both verbal and in writing
* Investigate any discrepancies found within the change of tenancy request and work to resolve
* Seek to identify process or system improvements
The Spark we're Looking For
* At least 6 months prior experience in a Customer service or administrative position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident in making outbound calls to obtain change of tenancy information
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships
* Strong organisational skills and comfortable working under pressure
* Able to multitask and prioritise within a challenging environment
