You will be reporting to your HEO Team Leader and your daily duties will include but not be limited to: ● Direct line management responsibility for a large team of Administrative Officers (AO). ● Proactively control the daily operational management of your team utilising the case management system and MI data such internal reports and quality assurance data. ● Oversee the management and analysis of performance for your team; supporting your staff to ensure they can meet performance expectations. ● Positively champion transformation, innovation and ongoing continuous improvement across your area to support the organisation's strategic objectives. ● Build positive working relationships across the business, and support the Delivery Manager/Assistant Head where needed with external engagement. ● Be prepared to support other areas of operational delivery as required.
