We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual dedicated to supporting young children’s development in a nurturing environment.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
